Island Architectural Flavor
Our project reflects the traditions and aesthetic feeling that captures our distinctly Kititian building style, encompassing a blend of both old and new as seen throughout our country. For instance, the entrance is graced with a beautiful clock tower, as well as a scaled down topographical replica of our country and its sister island of Nevis, complete with waterfalls and a pond below! Additional theme replicas are further seen throughout the interior courtyard areas of The Sands; from a canon from Brimstone Hill, to an old fishing boat.
Attractive landscaping and detailed garden plantings will further compliment the visual appeal. Even a large scale outdoor chess set and provision for dominos will be featured in the central courtyard areas, lending further ambience.
The Success Formulae
The general rule to ensure our shopping center's success is to simply have a healthy variety of stores that compliment and also assist each other to attract a wide base for consumer interest. Two multinational anchor stores, such as Pizza Hut or Benetton are to be included in our retail mixture to further attract customer activity. With such diversity everyone involved will be in a position to greatly benefit.
Expansion and growth in the immediate vicinity of The Sands will offer investors a wonderful opportunity to achieve their financial dreams and future success!
Effective Design
The Sands design is essentially that of a twin courtyard, which caters to both active business pursuits, as well as, to more passive and leisure oriented activities. Our central market area, comprised of retail stalls and shops, is on the ground level. The adjacent courtyard offers a place to relax where tables, chairs and benches are conveniently provided.
Imagine your clients' enjoying a moment of relaxation while being virtually
inside a full amenity shopping and business center! When such a `people
friendly' atmosphere exists, overall enjoyment and store owner success is even better achieved and realized.
The Sands overall design and planning mixture will attract customers the whole year through - remaining vibrant and alive even in slower, off-season periods.
While the ground floor areas will account for most retail activity, the second and third floors are not to be forgotten. Here we see a less visible section of offices and permanent residences - in some cases, those of the store owners below.
