Frigate Bay Police Outpost receives Corporate donation
The officers of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force stationed at the Frigate Bay Outpost are the recipients of a brand new thirty (30) inch WhirlpoolAccubake Cooker, to be used in their immediate living and working quarters.
Mrs. Jonelle Rawlins-Drew, TDC Client Relations and Marketing Manager, handed over the much needed appliance to Sargeant Reynold Myers, the officer in charge, at a brief ceremony, held at the law enforcement unit.
“The TDC Group of Companies is pleased to make this donation to the Frigate Bay Police Outpost. We recognize that in order for the men and women who work and live in this compound to perform at their best, they must be provided with the right tools to do so. We are certain that this timely contribution will serve you well,” said Drew.
Immediately after receiving the stove, the lawman thanked the firm for what he described as “a show of overwhelming confidence in the Unit’s abilities and the an appreciation for the work that we do on a day to day basis.”
He further added that the gesture represents the strengthening of the partnership that exists between the Corporate Community and the Police to ensure that they continue to provide a safe and secure environment for all.
The local business house remains committed to support the public defenders, as well as, other civic institutions and individuals in helping to advance the National agenda to fight crime and related activities.”
